Delivery and returns
How your order reaches you, what it costs, and what happens if you change your mind. Collection from Carrickfergus is free. Everything else is posted across the UK and Ireland, priced by the size of the part, and usually arrives in 3-5 working days.
Delivery
We post across the UK and Ireland. Postage is charged by size, as larger parts like side skirts, spoilers and full body kits cost more to send.
Once posted, orders usually take 3-5 working days to arrive. If a part has to be ordered in, we'll tell you the expected date before you pay.
Collection
You can collect from us in Carrickfergus free of charge. Choose collection at checkout and we'll be in touch to arrange a time and give you the address.
Returns and cancellations
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused, unfitted and in their original packaging. You pay the cost of return postage unless the item was faulty or not as described.
Once a part has been fitted, painted or modified, it can no longer be returned under the change-of-mind rules.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
