Where we deliver

We deliver to the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Dispatch and delivery

• Dispatch: orders placed by 11pm are dispatched within 2 days. Orders placed after 11pm are counted as placed the next day.
• Delivery: delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days after dispatch, including weekends. The price depends on the size of the parcel and is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of your order. If we cannot, we will contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Tracking: we email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched, where the carrier provides one.
• Collection: you can collect your order from 224D Shore Road, Greenisland, Carrickfergus BT38 8TX. Please contact us to arrange a time before you come.

Problems with your delivery

• Damaged or missing orders: contact us as soon as you can with your order number and, for damage, photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. This does not affect your legal rights.
• Wrong address: please check your address before ordering. If it is wrong, contact us straight away. Once an order is dispatched we cannot always redirect it, and [we may charge for sending it again if the error was yours].
• Risk: products stay at our risk until they are delivered to you or someone you have named.
